Organizers of the New Tampa Arts Festival are putting away the brushes for a year. In light of the launch of the New Tampa Chamber of Commerce, its new board has agreed to put the arts festival on hiatus. They decided there was insufficient time to host the juried arts show. SEBRING — Businesses have the chance to "go green" by becoming members of Keep Highlands County Beautiful. Sherri L. Cooper, coordinator of KHCB, an affiliate of the national Keep America Beautiful, announced Wednesday that she's launching the organization's first membership drive.
