It is my understanding that this program was established to increase the nutrition of our nation. The recipients should be required to take a class at the health department. I don't want to be paying for Lays Wavy BBQ chips or Hawaiian Punch. Also if their children are getting breakfast and lunch in school, the stamps should be adjusted for this. Maybe they think they should have a babysitter while they find extra money for tattoos and fake fingernails. Also they should pay the sales tax on some of these items! I do. ...more
