Once again on the television and in the newspapers we hear and read the words "we inherited the problem" from the Bush administration. These people need to be taken out back to the wood shed and have their backsides blistered for lying to and disrespecting the people. Why not just leave the health care alone, but just help us by governing what we have? It's really not all that bad. 1. One significant change would be to drop the pre-existing conditions. Conga Caliente drew food and music lovers to Al Lopez Park in Tampa on Sunday for a free celebration of Latin American culture. The third annual event, put on by Tampa Parks and Recreation and Coda Sound, included performances by international salsa favorite Rey Ruiz, and Tito Rojas, named Puerto Rico's Best Salsa Artist.
