Hundreds of gifts will be picked up Tuesday from Tampa General Hospital for the annual Hillsborough County Foster Angel program, benefiting most of the county's 1,500-plus foster children. Over 125 homeless animals will spend Christmas in cages at the Humane Society. We are trying to make their Christmas special. Petco and Pet Supermarket are sponsoring a Tree of Hope. We are asking people to pick a card off the tree with an animal's name on it and buy that animal a gift. Gifts can be left in donation boxes at each of the stores, or brought directly to the shelter.
